ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of writ of Mandamus forbearing the first respondent from registering any document pertaining to the subject property without considering the objection made by the petitioner through representation, dated 08.05.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Counsel brought to the notice of this Court that the objection made by the petitioner was rejected by the first respondent through proceedings, dated 15.06.2021. W.P.(MD).No.10146 of 2021 received the order passed by the first respondent. 3.Taking into consideration the subsequent development, wherein, the objections made by the petitioner has been rejected, nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated. The first respondent shall serve the copy of the rejection order to the petitioner and it is left open to the petitioner to proceed further in the manner known to law.
