For Respondent : Mr.M.Chandrasekaran, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.288 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent of Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A7, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,341,294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein is arrayed as A7. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused have teased the village girls and when it was questioned by the defacto complainant the petitioner and others have said to have attacked the defacto complainant with aruval and wooden log and this petitioner has attacked the defacto complainant with knife in his hip and caused injuries.

3. This is the third anticipatory bail petition. Earlier two petitions were dismissed by this Court on 24.06.2020 and 22.07.2020. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.8639 of 2020 kingpin for the entire occurrence and he is a rowdy element this Court has dismissed the petition.

4. Since there is no change in circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
