For Respondent : Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 408, 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 477 of I.P.C. in Crime No.2 of 2014, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that it is alleged that the defacto complainant gave bribe of Rs.3,00,000/- to the petitioner for save his job and the petitioner threatened her in several ways while he was working and there are several allegations as against the petitioner. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged commission of offence.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation is pending. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 5..The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
