ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who is arrayed as Accused No.Rank Not Known of 2020, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.Not Known of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

CRL OP(MD). No.8572 of 2020 submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report or close the petition enquiry. Till then, the respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioners.
