PRAYER (in W.P.(MD) No.10485 of 2021): Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to reimburse the balance medical expenses amount of Rs.72,845/- out of Rs.1,42,845/- which was paid by the petitioner to the approved Hospital under the New Health Insurance Scheme, 2012 for his treatment / his surgery for coronary artery disease which was covered by G.O.Ms.No.243, Finance (Salaries) Department, dated 29.06.2012. based on the recommendation of the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent in letter dated 28.01.2016 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.05.2021 within the stipulated period as directed by this Court.
