ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 494, 498(A) of IPC and Section 4 of DP Act in Crime No.6 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.By the order dated 16.08.2021, the matter was referred to Mediation. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that because of the huge demand that has been made by the defacto complainant, it could not be settled. 3.The learned counsel for the defacto complainant submitted that the petitioner is having illicit intimacy with so many women. 4.Even though the matter was referred to Mediation, it could not be settled. petition also filed by the defacto complainant before the Sub Court, Sivakasi and the same is pending. It is also submitted that subsequently it was withdrawn by her. The petitioner is living with some other girl now. To show the same photograph has been produced by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. It was informed that the second marriage was performed between them. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
