For Respondent : Mr.K. Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1090 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrayed as A-3 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 353, 307 r/w 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, in Crime No.1090 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner who is arrayed as A-2 and he is the owner of vehicle. The petitioner's lorry was loaded with One unit of red sand which was intercepted by the Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Ammapet Police Station and at the time the petitioner came in his car and abused the police officials and criminally intimidated them and also tried to hit the police officials by his car. Based on a complaint given by the Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Ammapet Police Station, a complaint has been registered.

3. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side).

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he has not committed any offence as alleged by the respondent police. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail.

5. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side)appearing for the respondent police would submit that there are two previous cases are pending against the petitioner in similar offence.

6. Taking note of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) and considering the fact that there are two previous cases are pending against the petitioner, and hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

7. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
