2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions for 30 days. He further submits that in this case, the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

3. Considering the nature of offence and also considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3665 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, namely, Additional Mahila Court, Thanjavur, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
