ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner has given a petition before the second respondent for cancelling the patta of the private respondents. The second respondent called for report from the jurisdictional Tahsildar. Report has been submitted. All that the petitioner now wants is disposal of the petition mentioned proceedings.

3. I consciously refrain from going into the merits of the matter. The only direction that is now given is that the second respondent shall conclude the proceedings and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is for the second respondent to pass order one way or other. Interested persons shall be put on notice before passing the order.
