This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Ma3D1/L1/015898/2024 dated 26.03.2025 and to quash the same as illegal. 2.

Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, learned standing counsel appearing for the Madurai Corporation has produced the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.M3D1/L1/01/012066/2024, dated 09.04.2025, and submitted 2/4

that the encroachment in the subject place has been removed. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. 3.

The said submission is accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
