Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 387 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in crime No.631 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 24.10.2018, at about 10.30 a.m., the petitioner along with co-accused has been threatening to the defacto complainant and demanded amount for drinking alcohol. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence.

4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is having 4 previous cases out of which, two cases for the offence under Section 302 of I.P.C. and the investigation is pending.

5.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, since there are 4 previous cases as against this petitioner, out of which, two for the offences under Section 302 of I.P.C., this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
