ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in P.R.C.No.11 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 307 @ 302 I.P.C read with Section 149 I.P.C, in Crime No.944 of 1997, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in P.R.C.No.11 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 09.05.2017. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.
