ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate II, Usilampatti to expedite the trial in C.C.No.114 of 2021.

2. The petitioner is the third accused in the case in C.C.No.114 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court II, Usilampatti. The dispute is between the family members. Hence, the case has been registered and prosecuted. Now, the case is pending. The third accused got a job opportunity in abroad. Visa also registered by the petitioner. Since the case is pending in the criminal Court, he was unable to get the job opportunity for the foreign countries. 3. Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the case is posted for examination on 14.06.2022. Recording the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Usilampatti is directed to dispose the case within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
