ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7550 of 2018, dated 27.11.2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner moved a bail application before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankoil in Crl.M.P.No.7550 of 2018 and the same was allowed on 27.11.2018 with a condition that the petitioner had executed bond for a sum of Rs.10,000 with two sureties and one sureties is compulsory from family member, whose name found in Family Card. The Family Card of the petitioner is in possession of her husband and due to some misunderstanding, she is living separately. Hence, she is unable to execute the sureties and thereby, she sought for a modification of the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is allowed and the condition imposed by the court below is modified to the effect that the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) two sureties in Crl.M.P.No.7550 of 2018, dated 27.11.2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil.
