ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 154 days in filing the review application.

2.The present application to condone the delay in filing the review application deserves to be dismissed in view of the action taken against the encroachers and removal of alleged encroachments on 17.11.2025.

3.The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not heard, when the writ petition was disposed of by this Court, does not appear to be impressive, since he is a party respondent to the writ proceedings.

4.In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition to condone the delay of 154 days in filing the review application is dismissed. Consequently, the review application is rejected at SR stage itself.
