3. This Court comes across very many cases pertains to the provision of basic amenities and under the guise of filing Public Interest Litigations, this Court is calling upon to take up the running of the Administration. This Court is having neither expertise nor experience to undertake such kind of activities. There are local body representatives and one of their prime duties to address the grievance of the electorate, pertains to the provision and maintenance of basic amenities and in none of the cases dealt with by this Court, in the form of Public Interest Litigations, no representations in that regard have been submitted to the elected representatives. It is high time that the Public Interest Litigants should also be aware of the said fact also.
4. In the light of the above circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to submit a detailed representation along with supporting documents to the local elected representative/s and this Court is definite and optimistic that the local representatives would definitely alleviate the grievance of the petitioner and electorate.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
