ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471, 406 and 420 IPC in Crime No.345 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused received Rs.6,00,000/- from the defacto complainant by giving false promise of getting government job and thereafter, they also issued fake appointment order. Hence, the case. 3.Heard and perused the materials available in the records. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is having three previous cases.

CRL OP(MD)No.8872 of 2022 5.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
