ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry, based upon the complaint given by the third respondent herein.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by one Gandhi, who is the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken by assigning CSR.No.254 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that, it was out and out a money transaction between the petitioner and the third respondent. Hence, the complaint was closed on 24.03.2021.

3. Heard Mr.R.M.Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Hence, recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
