Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.DHANDAPANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 23.07.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7514 of 2020, directed the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, within 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready. According to the petitioner, due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the petitioner was not able to appear before the Magistrate concerned, within the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4095 of 2020 stipulated time and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and time granted by this Court vide order dated 23.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7514 of 2020 is extended by one week from today.
