O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.12.2018 and furnish split up marks under several heads and category of the examinations for which the petitioner appeared in the examination conducted by the respondent Department as per the Call Letter dated 10.10.2018.

2. The petitioner's claim to furnish the split up marks under the several heads and category of the examinations for which he has appeared, has been furnished in detail in the counter affidavit filed by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, which reads as follows:

(3610520) Sundararaju G (4010193) (petitioner) Marks scored 86.0 73.4 68.4 As the petitioner had scored less marks than the provisionally selected candidates, he was not considered for selection to the post of Junior Training Officer in the trade of Foundryman under NTC/NAC category. The appointment orders to the provisionally selected candidates have been dispatched vide this office letter No.44400/TP2/2014, dated 05.12.2018."

3. In such view of the matter, the petitioner's representation was considered by the respondent and hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
