..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus for directing the respondents Nos.2 and 3 to forward the list of 70 homeless down trodden people immediately and further direct the respondents 1 and 2 to allot the houses constructed in any of the resettlement beneficiary scheme under Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM) Scheme any where in Madurai District based on the representations of the petitioner dated 05.07.2010, 11.04.2012, 01.05.2014, 08.08.2015 and 01.12.2015 within a stipulated period fixed by this Court may deem fit and proper.
