ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to give necessary police protection to the life, limb and property of the petitioner and her family members on the basis of the her representation dated 03.05.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner is residing at Mangaraipettai, Arinar Anna Arts College (Post), Musiri Taluk and she got permission to build a house under 1/3

the Prime Minister's Housing Scheme. On 27.04.2022, when the petitioner was making arrangement for constructing a house, the respondents 4 to 6 wrongfully restrained and threatened her and her daughter and son-in-law. At that time, wordy quarrel arose between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6. In this regard, the petitioner gave a representation to the third respondent on 03.05.2022. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner filed this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent police is ready to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.05.2022.

4. In view of the above fact, the third respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 03.05.2022 and to take suitable action within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
