All that the petitioners want is permission to pay the petition mentioned additional security deposit amounts in installments. 2.The petitioners' counsel has enclosed quite a few orders passed by the other learned Judges of this Court. In which such facility has been given. Respectfully following the said orders and taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the special situation that is prevailing, there shall be a direction to the petitioners to pay the additional security deposits amounts claimed by the respondent in six monthly installments. The first installment will commence from the month of September, 2020 onwards. If the petitioners commit default, the order now passed will stand withdrawn automatically and it is open to the respondent to take action as per law.
