Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from displaying as history sheeted rowdy list maintained by the third respondent police station and by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 25.04.2022. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from displaying as history sheeted rowdy list maintained by the third respondent police station and by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 25.04.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 25.04.2022, the petitioner has made a representation to remove his name from the history sheeted rowdy list, but so far, no action has been taken and hence, he requested to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.9480 of 2022 with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
