PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the learned Additional District Judge, Virudhunagar to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.6 of 2016 within time framed stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional District Judge, Virudhunagar to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.6 of 2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit has been filed for partition of the suit schedule property and that in the suit, the defendants 1 and 4 have already filed their written statement. It is further submitted that the fourth defendant has died during the pendency of the suit. Therefore, his legal heris were impleaded

3. Considering the above, the present Civil Revision Petition stands allowed at the time of admission after dispensing with notice to the respondents as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondents by directing the learned Additional District Judge, Virudhunagar to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.6 of 2016 as expeditiously 2/4

as possible preferably within a period of 15 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. No costs.
