O R D E R

This Petition is filed to set side the order in Crl.M.P.No.2509 of 2024 dated 03.04.2024 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge Thoothukudi and modify the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1532 of 2024, dated 28.02.2024 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi.

2. The petitioners are accused in Crime No.55 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. He has approached the Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, for anticipatory bail. The Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, while granting anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.1532 of 2024, on 28.02.2024, directed the petitioners to appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur and to report until further orders. The petitioners have complied the condition for 21 days and thereafter, they have approached the concerned Sessions Court for relaxing the condition imposed against the petitioners. The Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, by its order dated 03.04.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.2509 of 2024, dismissed the said petition.

3. As against which, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order of the Principal Sessions Judge,

4. Considering the nature of offence made against the petitioner and the period for which the petitioners have already complied with the condition, the condition imposed on the petitioners is hereby relaxed.

This Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the order in Crl.M.P.No.2509 of 2024 dated 03.04.2024 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge Thoothukudi, is hereby set aside and the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1532 of 2024, dated 28.02.2024 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, is hereby relaxed.
