ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 427 and 506(i) of IPC and under Section 4 of TNPCEI Act, 2003, in Crime No.46 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police submits that as on today, the petitioners have not been arrayed as accused in this case.
