ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent herein to give adequate Police protection to the petitioner and his family members life and limb.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been initiated in C.No.617/PG/CAMP/COP/TRL, dated 17.07.2020 and the same is pending on the file of the Assistant Commissioner of Police, City Crime Branch, Trichy and during enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
