O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to mutate patta and revenue records based on the order of the second respondent, dated 30.12.2024.

2. The petitioner has also made a representation on 13.03.2025 before the first respondent in this regard.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that in view of the subject matter pertaining to Bhommidhan lands, the Commissioner of Land Reforms would have to approve/consent for any orders for being passed reversing the revenue records.

4. In view of the above, the third respondent shall take immediate steps to implement the order of the second respondent including getting necessary consent/approval from the Commissioner of Land Reforms before passing final 2/4

orders. The said exercise shall be carried out by the third respondent within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 15.04.2025 NCC:yes/no Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no sn To:
