O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. According to the petitioner, the second respondent harassed the petitioner without any valid reasons and frequently calling the petitioner for enquiry. Therefore, he sent a representation dated 24.03.2025, but the same not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is a history sheet holder and as per the LIR report, they have watched the movement and also sent a report to the RDO to take appropriate action and they have not harassed the petitioner.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, recording the above said submission of the second respondent police that they have not harassed the petitioner and only watched the movement of the petitioner, Page No. 2 of 4

this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
