Heard both sides.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent submitted that at present benefit is being conferred only for those persons whose houses have been fully damaged.

3. It is not in dispute that the petitioner's house is also damaged. But it is only partly damaged. The petitioner will have to wait for his turn. The learned Additional Government Pleader expresses his hope that within three months, the petitioner's turn will arise. `4.
