Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.This writ petition has been filed seeking release of the petition mentioned vehicle.

3.When the matter was taken up for disposal, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petition mentioned vehicle has already been produced before the jurisdictional Court. 4.Therefore, the petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional Court for release of his vehicle. W.P.(MD)No.9594 of 2020 is filed by the petitioner, it shall be disposed of within a period of two weeks thereafter. Giving such liberty to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Court, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
