ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to take appropriate action as against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents 3 to 6 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2014 as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.In the representation submitted by the petitioner on 12.03.2014, the petitioner has made some allegations against the police officers for unlawfully detaining him more than 24 hours and beating him.

3.This Court is of the view that the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy of filing a private complaint as provided under Section 200 Cr.P.C.
