Mu. No.4051/A4/2014 dated 29.09.2014 (holding two posts of BT Assistant as surplus) and the consequential order issued by the first respondent Chief Educational Officer in Na.Ka.No.8383/Aa2/2013 dated 24.12.2014 (deploying one BT Assistant in English namely Tmt. J. Stenila Mary from the petitioner school to another school namely St. Arulappar Higher Secondary School, Avudayanoor, Tirunelveli District) and vide his another Proceedings in Na.Ka. No. 8383/Aa2/2013 dated 24.12.2014 (deploying one BT Assistant in Science namely Thiru.A.

Anthony Sahayam from the petitioner school to another school namely St. Arulappar Higher Secondary School, Avudayanoor, Tirunelveli District) quash the same in so far as it render two posts of BT Assistants in the petitionerschool as surplus.
