This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to permit the petitioner for unveiling the name board in the name of "the Temple belongs to Devendrakula Velalar Community"at Sri Moopidathi Amman Temple premises, Melapavoor Village, Tenkasi District, which belongs to Devendrakula Community in light of the Gazette Notification dated 13.04.2021 passed by the Secretary to Government of India, the Ministry of Law and Justice by considering the representation dated 31.05.2021, within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with a liberty to file fresh petition or representation before the appropriate authority, namely, the first respondent herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
