Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to refund the amount of Rs.84,585/- with interest to the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2015. ORDER

The petitioner participated in the lease auction that was held on 08.04.2015 in the office of the fourth respondent. The lease period is for a period of one year from 08.04.2015 to 08.04.2016. The lease items https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

are trees at some locations. According to the petitioner, he was the successful bidder and the lease was awarded to him. But, he was not able to carry out his work due to interruption from the Villagers. According to the petitioner, he made a complaint as well as he made a representation, dated 12.08.2015 to refund the amount deposited by him.

2. In these circumstances, without expressing anything on merits, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.08.2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
