Heard Mr.S.Ramasamy, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.
2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to issue patta to the petitioner for the property comprised in S.No.474/1, measuring 1.5 cents in Villukuri Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District.
3.Considering the limited relief sought for by the Writ Petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent, being competent authority, to dispose of the petitioner's application, dated 09.09.2024 by conducting appropriate enquiry and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
