ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of an enquiry.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by one Sangeetha, who is the third respondent herein, a case in Crime No.11 of 2021 under Sections 495 and 506(1) of IPC, Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and Sections 9 and 10 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 was registered against these petitioners. He has also circulated a copy of the First Information Report before this Court.

3. Heard Mr.M.Subash Babu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

4. Since a case has been registered against these petitioners, they have to co-operate with the investigation and so, the question of harassment does not arise.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
