The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to issue separate patta to the petitioner considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2024.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the competent authority is the third respondent and further the third respondent would conduct necessary enquiry and pass orders on the petitioner's application, dated 14.08.2024 provided sufficient time as granted.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 14.08.2024 after giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and 2/4

other interested parties within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
