O R D E R

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.556 of 2020 from the file of the fourth respondent to the second respondent and consequently, direct the second respondent to conduct proper investigation in an expeditious manner and to file the final report within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2.When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the mobile phone of the deceased and other things were not properly recovered and the same was not yet sent to the Forensic Lab. So, this Court may direct the third respondent herein to supervise and monitor, the investigation undertaken by the fourth respondent and this will meet the ends of justice.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is properly undertaken by the fourth respondent and it will be completed in a short time.

4.Considering the nature of allegation and the facts and circumstances of the case, let the third respondent herein shall supervise the and monitor the investigation that has been undertaken by the fourth respondent and the investigation be completed within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a final report before the concerned Court. Compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
