COMMON PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.359 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who are facing charges under Sections 8(C) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) and 25 of NDPS Act in Crime No.359 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial process in CC.No.50 of 2022 and complete the same. He would further submit that considering the duration of the custody of the petitioners, the aforesaid direction may be issued to the trial Court.

In Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8834 of 2022:- 3.The matter is of the year 2021. So, the trial Court may expedite the trial process and complete the same within a period of 5 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the trial could not be completed within the aforesaid time, the petitioners can workout their remedy appropriately. 4.With the aforesaid direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
