ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the writ petition has become infructuous and hence he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
