PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent herein for committing grave contempt and gross disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.1266 of 2020, dated 03.02.2021.

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 03.02.2021, made in W.P.(MD)No.1266 of 2020.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and as against the said order, the petitioner has also filed a Writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.11651 of 2021 and the same is pending before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid statement, this Contempt Petition is closed.
