ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.306 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that till date, the first respondent Police has not filed the final report before the concerned Court. Whereas, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that final report has already been submitted before the concerned Court and no number has been assigned by the learned trial Judge.

3.In view of the above, the learned trial Judge is hereby directed to number the charge sheet on file, if it is otherwise in order, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
