ORDER

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5612 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025 only for five days.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the distance between Nagercoil and Madurai is 250 kms and the petitioner is travelling from Nagercoil to Madurai to 1/3

comply with the conditions.

3. In view of the substantial compliance, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed to the extent that the condition No.7(iv) of the bail order in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5612 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025 is modified as 'The petitioner shall appear and sign before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders'.
