ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 to 3, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.525 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on promise to get job in abroad for the son of the defacto complainant, the petitioners received a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- and subsequently, they did not get any job. When the same was questioned, the petitioners threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences.

3. No representation for the petitioner.

4. In the petition it is stated that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this is a case of job racketing and on promise to get job in abroad for the son of the defacto complainant, the petitioners received a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- and subsequently, they did not get any job. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

When the same was questioned, the petitioners threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences.

6. Considering the serious nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
