ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner pertaining to the petitioner family properly bearing in S.No.215/8, Patta No.1351, situated at PottalPacheri village, Peikulam Group, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 12.08.2020. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
