RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the 1st condition partly imposing deposit of RS.50,000/- in the credit of Crime no. 708 of 2015 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy in Cr.M.P.no. 3496 of 2015 dated 04.01.2016. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S A.ROBINSON Advocate for the petitioner and MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI Government Advocate(Crl.Side) the court made the following order:- This is a petition to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy, vide order dated 04.01.2016, in Cr.M.P.No.3496 of 2015, whereby and whereunder the learned Principal Sessions Judge has directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/-, to the credit of Crime No.708 of 2015, on the file of the respondent Police.

2. Heard both sides.

Since the learned Principal Sessions Judge has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner by imposing the aforesaid condition, only after taking into consideration the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to interfere with it. Hence, this petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to file application before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy, if he is so advised.
