ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 provide necessary police protection against the respondents 4 to 6 to the petitioner's life and limb and her family members by considering her representation dated 16.03.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to property dispute between the parties, the petitioner made a representation dated 16.03.2023 to the respondent and the same was not considered by the respondent police. Hence, this petition has been filed seeking police protection.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that so far, the third respondent has not received any representation from the petitioner and if, the petitioner is ready to give fresh representation to the third respondent, the third respondent is ready to consider the same.

4. Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, if any fresh representation is given by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the same on its own merits and dispose by summoning both parties, within a period of one month from the date fresh representation. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
