ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition, directing the first respondent to direct the third respondent to survey and fix the boundary marks for the petitioner's housing lands in Survey No.644/4 and its extent of 0.01.5 ares of Kesarapatty Hamlet, Kandiyantham Village, Ponnamaravathy, Pudukkottai District based on his appeal dated 08.08.2019 and representation dated 29.06.2020. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the respondents have surveyed the above mentioned property of the petitioner and therefore, the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in the matter.
